Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all products purchased directly through our website. Live animals are handled separately and are not sold or processed through this website.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Approved cancellations may be subject to a 3% payment processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order (such as updating your shipping address or adjusting quantities), please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.
Subscription Purchases (If Applicable)
If you enroll in a recurring subscription (such as a supply box or automatic product delivery), you may cancel at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.
Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return policy (if eligible).
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
Florida Parrot reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
