Live Bird Sales (Non-Refundable)
All live bird sales are handled separately from this website and are governed by a signed purchase contract. Due to the nature of live animals and biosecurity standards, all live bird sales are final and non-refundable.

- Deposits are non-refundable
- No exchanges or returns are permitted on live animals
By purchasing a live bird through Florida Parrot, you agree to the terms outlined in your signed contract.
Returns for Products Purchased on FloridaParrot.com
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed packaged products purchased directly through www.floridaparrot.com under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 7 business days of delivery
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- Items must be unused and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food or treats
- Opened supplements
- Used cages, toys, or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Live animals
Return Process
- Email us at info@floridaparrot.com within 7 business days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for return authorization before sending the item back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
If the return does not meet our policy requirements, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
