Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after processing.

Live Bird Shipping

Shipping for live birds is handled separately and requires direct coordination with our team. Live bird purchases may require a deposit and scheduled shipment.

We follow all applicable airline, carrier, and animal welfare regulations when transporting live birds.

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the bird upon arrival. We are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment. Please contact us after placing your order to schedule a pickup time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Florida Parrot is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
