The Dusky Conure, also known as the Weddell's Conure, is a charming and affectionate small parrot native to South America. They are relatively small, measuring about 9-10 inches (23-25 cm) in length from head to tail. Their plumage is primarily dark green, with a dusky brownish-red or maroonish coloration on the head, neck, chest, and lower abdomen. They have blue feathers on their wings and tails, which become more prominent when they are in flight. Like all parrots, they have a strong, hooked beak suited for cracking nuts and seeds. Dusky Conures are highly social birds and thrive on interaction with their human companions. They enjoy being part of the family and can form strong bonds with their owners. While not as noisy as some other parrot species, Dusky Conures can be fairly vocal, especially in the mornings and evenings. They have a variety of calls and chirps. They are known for their affectionate nature and often enjoy cuddling with their owners. We highly recommend this species for first time bird owners.

In order to reserve your baby we require a 30% deposit of the total price (e.g.) If the total cost is $5500 you will need to place a $1,650 deposit which will go to towards your payment as well. Once the baby is fully weaned and ready for your home the rest of the payment will be due. Weekly updates of your baby will be provided videos, pictures, and video calls.
Testing
We take pride in maintaining a disease free and clean nursery, all of our baby’s are tested periodically as well as the day they are reserved. Our guarantee is that you will receive a fully healthy and disease free baby bird, in addition we include DNA Certification with the purchase. (All the paper work listed above will be provided at the time of pick up)
Pick-up/Shipping Accommodations
We are an Online Shop based out of South Florida, for the locals or individuals willing to drive to us we can arrange for local pick up. However, if you are unable to meet locally don’t worry we do offer shipping services via Delta Cargo. Shipping rates typically range $225.00-250.00. Shipping must be paid for in advance not upon collect once your baby is fully weaned and ready for your home.
