  • Do you have a physical location?
    Yes we do have a physical location in Miami, Florida. We are not regularly open to the public as we are a breeding facility but we do schedule local appointments via cell phone. If you are out of state we can also schedule zoom or video calls in order for you to select your future feathered family member!
  • Who ships my order?
    Products are shipped Via UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Live birds are shipped via Delta Cargo for same day arrival, we schedule a date after the baby has been weaned and ship to your nearest airport. The client will have to arrange for pickup at said airport and then take their new family member home.
  • How do I check the status of my order?
    In order to check the status of your purchase, check out orders in your account.
  • What payment methods do we accept?
    We take pride in accommodating our customers, we accept most payment methods including PayPal, Credit Card, Zelle, Wire Transfer, and Cash.
  • Does my deposit come with a Contract?
    Yes we require that all of our customers placing a deposit on a hand fed baby bird read and sign a Non-Refundable deposit Contract.
  • Can I see my baby bird before placing a deposit?
    Yes of course! We do schedule in person appointments for deposits as well as video calling so you can select your future feathered friend! For scheduling appointments call Carlos at (786)-599-3438
